Spiritual Q&A #1

I got this great idea from Kennas video,  to make a post answering some spiritual questions. I found a bunch of questions here. So let's start with the Q's!

How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?
Either twelve or forty.

Which is worse, failing or never trying?
Never trying of course. Cause if we never try, then what's then point?

If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don't like and like so many things we don't do?
I think it's because people always search for acceptance and want everyone to love them. Everyone is just basically scared of being themselves and doing what they love, and I don't even blame them because it's so hard to stay true to yourself living in a society where you get criticised and judged by doing something that's different and unique.

That's something we should definitely work on!

When it's all said and done, will you have said more than you've done?
It depends on situation, but sadly, I often find myself saying a lot and then doing only half of it. It may be for for the better, because let me tell I tell some stupid crap sometimes, but it can also be something negative.
But as I said, it depends on the situation so I may also do even more than I have said I will.

What is the one thing you would most like to change about the world?
Make everyone more accepting and just basically just stop wars. I hate how there is so much violence in the world, its horrible. So I would basically just make the world more peaceful and safer for everyone.

If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
Creating art would make me the richest person on the globe! The kind of art can vary, but probably a designer or an illustraitor.

Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
I always try to do what I belive in. If I don't think that doing something will make me happy or affect me (or someone else) in a positive way then I'll probably won't do it. "Just because" isn't enough for me. But yes, I do some irrelevant shit from time to time, but it some way, it does makes me happy as well.

If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
If my life would be that short then I probably wouldn't thnk about doing things, as much as I would actually DO them. And I would probably have a healthier lifestyle.

To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?
I belive that we do have a big influance on how our lives will turn out, by basically making desicions, but we never excacly know how much a decision will change. I don't really know if that's a good answer but let's go with it...

Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
Always when I start doing something I've never done before I want to be really good at it, and obviously it doesn't always turn out that way. But to be honest at the end of the day I just try to do what makes me happy even if I'm bad at it.

Sooo these were the first 10 questions for today, They really did free my mind a bit, feel free to discuss any questions/answers in the comments! I'll probably post the rest of the questions in the future. But for now, goodbye.

Denim Jacket and T-Shirt: H&M

Finally. I have a cup of tea by my side and a book that's waiting for me until I'm done writing this post. I haven't had time to do anything lately. School keeps me busy half of the day, and I often spend the other half resting. And to be honest, this outfit is perfect for when you have no time to spend on creating a super complicated look. It's simple, classy and has a hipster touch because of the denim.

My family and I are also moving soon. From our cute apartment in this cute city to a new, cute house close to the woods... in the middle of no where. I still on't know if I'm happy about moving. But it maybe be good for me, who know. At least, I'll have a brand new room to decorate, so I'll probably do a room tour post (or maybe even a video?). So yes, I'm quite excited. But for now. Have a nice day/night!

Mini Lush Haul

A week ago or so, I realized that I run out of all (and I mean ALL) hair products I use. And of course a curly and fluffy haired teddy bear like me can't live without a good shampoo, conditioner and all that stuff... Sadly, the closest lush store is in Stockholm which is a very long ride from where I live, so I decided shopping online would be good idea. So getting to point of this post, I bought these cute products and I wanted to share what I got.

So here we go:

  • Butterball Bath-bomb - pretty simple but so great for your skin, its actually my fave bathbomb!
  • Big Blue Bath-bomb - its pretty weird but it makes you really calm and sleepy so I recommend it for an evening bath.
  • Blackberry Bath-bomb
  • Sugar Scrub - my favourite product! really makes your skin soft.
  • Bohemian Soap
  • Daddy-o Shampo
  • American Cream Conditioner - it smells amazing!

Also, for the ones that know what lush is: Its a great shop with fresh handmade cosmetics! Everything they sell is organic and vegetarian/vegan. I really recomend it.

So many ideas, so little time...

My two new drawings (one of them still in making). Adonis Bosso is one of my favorite male models so I had him in my head for a while and decided that drawing him would be a great idea! The second one is a beautiful place I found scrolling through We Heart It, and of course the person who posted it forgot to name it... But because it was so pretty, here it is. It's still not done but I think it looks good already.

I really started doing more art lately, which I'm happy about. It would be nice if I had the time to use my ideas though, but school has obviously different plans... Can't wait for the break to come!

Change Your Life

Have you ever wanted to just stop. Stop doing what you're doing. Because what's the point? Sometimes I just feel like everything is moving around me and I'm the one standing still. And in moments like this, I decide that I want to do something. Change something. Do something different. For exemple, if I already ate toasts three days in a row for breakfeast, I'm gonna eat pancakes today. Or, if I have watched the same tv show at five, for weeks, I'm gonna read a book today instead, and watch the show other day. Changing your life doesn't have to mean leaving school or moving to a different country. The small changes we make, are also changes.

I feel like this year, was a year full of changes for me. Some of them were good, some of them was bad. But I'm happy now, because those changes made me the person I am today. And even though I'm not perfect, and I never will be, I love myself for who I am. And you should too. And if you're not happy with your life. Change it. Because belive me, you have the power to do so. Start with the small things, and you'll see how easy it is to be happy, to feel good with yourself.

I also thought about making a little list of the changes that really changed my live, in a good way of course.

- Becoming vegetarian
- Wearing the clothes I like, without caring what other things of them.
- Making a blog.
- Being around people that make me happy and affect me in positive ways, and ignoring the people make me sad, depressed or stressed.
- Focusing on the things I like.
- Talking to more nice people online.
- Sharing my opinions with others.
- Reading more books.
- Being myself. Always. Even if the people tell me otherwise.

So here you go. There may be many more changes I made, but these are the most important ones. My advice for you is to make this kind of lists aswell. At least once a year. And also, remember to change your life, so that you love it. Have a great day full of positive changes :)

Fall Morning

First post! I am so happy to start blogging again. There are so many things I want to write about already! I feel like this blog is going to make me much happier, 'cause I will finally be doing what I truly love :) I am going to be as active as I can, and I'll also try to make every post as good and interesting as possible. Every comment and few words of feedback mean really much to me, so I will be greatful to everyone who takes their time commenting. But of course, just seeing that people read the things I post makes me happier.

Autumn has always been my favorite season. The colors, the rain, the atmosphere. I just feel so happy then. I also started to notice that all the good things happen at this time of year. Weird isn't it? My favorite artists always release their new albums (or songs). New season of my favorite show has a premiere. Or even starting this blog! All this things suprisingly happened this fall. And to be honest, I could be happier about it! It just makes Autumn more and more amazing!I also love the Autumn weather. Watching your favorite tv show (mine is american horror story atm) and drinking coffee while it's raining outside. Or spending the whole day in your bed with a good book and a cup of hot tea. For me, that's perfect kind of day.

And let's not forget about clothes... The cozy sweaters and comfy pants. My personal favorite is this shirt that says 'THIS IS MY HALLOWEEN COSTUME' that I got from H&M last year. So happy that I can finally wear it. The best thing about it is that it actuallly glows in the dark... It's literally my favorite shirt of all time :') And speaking of Halloween, for me, the horror films are a tradition. I don't know what it is but being scared is so fun sometimes. I especially love movies that are scary, but also interesting, so that you have to understand the film while freaking out. I'm so greatful that we have a week off school, because that gives me time to do thinks I normally don't have the time to. because of all the studying.

Thank you so much for reading! Happy Autumn! What are your plans for this Halloween?
